Your guides: US Coast Guard Master Captains Dave Morrissette and Tim Aldrich

 Merchant mariner #8403318-Dave Morrissette was introduced to Lake Champlain and the Champlain Islands in the late 90’s. Frequent fishing trips and many bass tournaments led to a lifetime dream of living on this fantastic fishery. Twenty years later, Dave is fulfilling his dream. In 2017, Dave and his wife, Melissa, purchased the Anchorage (the first place he stayed at in the 90’s), a cabin rental business tucked within Paradise Bay. Now, with the completion of his USCG Master Captain license, Dave is excited to share his knowledge of this great fishery with others. Come take a guided tour with him on his 2020 Skeeter WX2060 powered by a Yamaha SHO 250 while staying at the Anchorage, your only full-service fishing camp in the Lake Champlain Islands.

 Merchant Mariner #8393422-Tim developed his deep passion for fishing early in life. Under the guidance of his father, he grew up with a rod in his hand, trout fishing the local streams and lakes of western MA, as well as the Quabbin Reservoir. Opening day of fishing season always meant a day off from school and the thrill of catching a big one. But once he discovered the excitement of bass fishing at the Quabbin in the early ’80s, there was no turning back. He began tournament fishing in MA, VT and NH in the late ’80s, and was introduced to the Champlain waters in the late ’90s. For many years, Tim has competed in the Champlain Bass Series, the FLW Costas Series, the Bassmaster’s Open Series, and the LCI Bass Open. In 2013, he was the proud winner of the BFL Event on Champlain. He will charter his Anchorage Angling Adventures trips on his 2016 Basscat Cougar FTD powered by a Mercury 250 ProXS. The Captains at AAA target both Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass along with Northern Pike and Panfish.

Our 2023 rates are as follows:
4 hour trip 325.00
6 hour trip 425.00
8 hour trip 525.00

 Prices listed are for up to 3 People. A 4th person would be 50.00 extra. All Vermont Taxes are included.

Things you may wish to bring along on your trip should include the following:
Sunscreen – please do not bring spray types of sunscreen
Sunglasses, preferably polarized 
Hat
A windbreaker and light rainsuit 
Camera – digital works the best 
Personal rods and reels if you prefer

Drinks and snacks will be provided by the captain.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Anchorage Angling Adventures reserves the right to cancel any scheduled trip and/or make changes to trips as deemed necessary. You can contact The Anchorage at any time to cancel your reservation, however your deposit is nonrefundable within 7 days of your scheduled trip. We fish rain or shine. Occasionally, due to an unforeseen situation and/or safety concerns, we may communicate and cancel a trip. If this happens we will attempt to re-book with you on a date that is agreeable to parties involved.
